Lord God, we take the time to consider the provincial election Alberta anticipates.  Please bless the campaign with your goodness so the people will best benefit now and in the future.  We also seek your mercy regarding the forest fires and those involved in protecting and providing for those in danger.  Equip the personnel with strength and endurance.  May you guide their path to safety.
