Lord, today we pray for the province of Ontario and the people in it. In a time where many people are weary, tired and angry at times, we ask you to fill them with joy. Jesus, may this be a time of renewed joy and faith. May the people of Canada turn to you with singing and shouting for joy as we praise you the Holy One. “Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.” (Isaiah 12:6) We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Seigneur, nous prions aujourd’hui pour la province de l’Ontario et ses habitants. En cette période où beaucoup de gens sont las, fatigués et parfois en colère, nous te demandons de les remplir de joie. Jésus, que ce soit un temps de joie et de foi renouvelées. Que le peuple canadien se tourne vers toi en chantant et en criant de joie alors que nous te louons, toi qui est Saint. « Pousse des cris de joie et d’allégresse, habitant de Sion! Car il est grand au milieu de toi, le Saint d’Israël. » (Ésaïe 12:6) Nous te demandons cela au nom de Jésus. Amen.
