Loving Heavenly Father, we seek peace in every situation where neighbour is against neighbour. Bring reason and common sense into every situation. Empower those who are in positions of influence to facilitate reconciliation. Reveal to us when we are jealous, envious, and greedy and think we may act outside your righteous law. May we rethink what it means to be neighbourly as it corresponds to your principles of loving one another. May we humbly walk with you, love mercy, and act justly. Amen.
