Heavenly Father, we come to you, on this Truth and Reconciliation Day to ask that you would guide us. Forgive us for the things that were done in your name that are not of you. May we follow you and your path of healing as you are the God of truth and the God of reconciliation. May we have ears to hear what you may be saying through those around us, and may we love our neighbours as ourselves. We also pray for the Indigenous peoples of Canada. We thank you for them and ask that you would bless them immensely today. We pray this all in the name of Jesus. Amen.
