Heavenly Father, we pray for British Columbians struggling with the cost of everyday life. We remember young families trying to establish themselves, seniors living on fixed incomes, single parents, students, and those whose paycheques simply aren’t stretching far enough. Give our leaders wisdom to help build an economy in which people can work, provide for their families, and build a future. Give us compassion toward neighbours who are struggling and generosity toward those in need. May British Columbia be a place where people can not only survive, but flourish. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
