Hon. Eileen Clarke, Agassiz

Lord God, I ask that you be close to Hon. Eileen Clarke today.  I ask that you would clothe Eileen today with wisdom and strength.  I pray that you would give her vision and strength to carry out the plans you have for her and Manitobans in which she serves.  Fill her heart with your grace and peace.  May Eileen and her family be aware of your love for them Jesus’s name, amen.

Eileen Clarke was elected as the MLA for Agassiz in 2016 and again in 2019. She was appointed minister of Indigenous and municipal relations in 2016, and now is minister of Indigenous and northern relations. An entrepreneur and municipal politician, Clarke was an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce for more than 35 years before serving for eight years as the mayor of Gladstone and as the Association of Manitoba Municipalities’ vice-president in 2010. She and her husband Bob have two children and are proud grandparents.
