Heavenly Father, today we pray for Hon. Greg Rickford. Bless him in his many roles and responsibilities. May he have health and strength to carry out the tasks you call him to, wisdom to make the decisions he needs to make and joy from you, to fill him. Bless his family, staff and those who support him from day to day. Will you protect him as he travels and make his path smooth and straight. Amen.
Greg Rickford was elected to the Ontario Legislature as MPP on June 7th, 2018 for Kenora-Rainy River. Greg is the Minister of Indigenous Affairs Ontario in addition to being Minister of Energy, Northern Development and Mines. He also is a member of the Treasury Board of Ontario. Greg was born in Paris Ontario and has spent much of his adult life in northern Ontario. He currently resides in Keewatin with his wife Janet and two young girls. He has experience throughout the north having served as a nurse in first nations communities in remote parts of northern Ontario. He also holds an MBA and is a lawyer.
