Hon. Jeremy Harrison, Meadow Lake

Dear Lord, we thank you today for Hon Jeremy Harrison. We ask that you would grant him wisdom as he serves as MLA for Meadow Lake, in the Cabinet positions he holds and all other responsibilities he has at the Legislature. Provide him courage, strength and grace to face the many challenges he may encounter in these positions. We also pray for health and protection for Mr Harrison and his family. Bless them, Lord. Jeremy Harrison grew up in the Meadow Lake area and went on to complete an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Canadian History from the University of Alberta, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, and a Juris Doctor (Law) Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Jeremy was elected to Parliament on June 28, 2004, and at the age of 26 became one of the youngest Canadians ever to sit in the House of Commons. Jeremy was elected to the Saskatchewan Legislature in November 2007. He is the youngest Canadian ever to have been elected to both the House of Commons and a provincial Legislative Assembly. On February 2, 2018, Jeremy was appointed Minister of Export and Trade Development and Minister of Immigration and Careers Training and in 2020 he was also named Minister responsible for Innovation Saskatchewan and Tourism Saskatchewan. Jeremy and his wife Alaina have one son, MacGregor and one daughter, Finnley.
