Heavenly Father, we thank you for the service of Minister Thompson. We pray that she may have wisdom to support all those who produce our food and farm this beautiful province that you have given us. Lord, would you give her an abundant measure of your peace, joy and strength to make the difficult decisions that she has to make. Hon. Lisa Thompson is the Minister of Government and Consumer Services. Lisa was born in Wingham and resided in East Wawanosh, which is located in Huron County until she left for the University of Guelph, where she studied and has a degree in Public Administration and Consumer Economics. Lisa’s professional highlights also include her time as a Rural Community Advisor for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs; Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program, Class 6; and the George Morris Executive Development Program.
