Father, we lift up our sister Lori Carr to you. Father, we are thankful for her role within government. Help her to seek your guidance in all aspects of her job. Provide her with courage to hold on to your word and to serve the people of Saskatchewan.

Lori was elected MLA for Estevan in the 2016 provincial election and again in 2020. Living in Estevan with her partner Bart, Lori spent 20 years working as a licensed assistant in a financial planning office. She is very active in the community as a board member for the Air Cadet League, Sun Country Health Region and Ducks Unlimited. Lori also spent ten years serving on Estevan City Council. In 2018, she was appointed Minister of Highways and Infrastructure and in 2020 appointed Minister of Social Services. She currently serves as Minister of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Minister Responsible for the Public Service Commission, Minister Responsible for Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming. Prior to this, Lori was a member of the government’s House leadership team as Deputy Whip and had served both the Minister of Finance and the Minister responsible for SaskPower as a Legislative Secretary. Lori has raised three children and is a very proud grandmother.
