Heavenly Father, today we ask for your blessing to be on the Honourable Matt Jones. We ask that you would use the knowledge he has to lead this province well. Matthew Jones was elected for the constituency of Calgary-South East on April 16, 2019. He is the Minister of Jobs, Economy and Trade. Mr. Jones is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business. Before he was elected to the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Jones worked as an investment banker helping Alberta based businesses with capital raises, acquisitions, and divestitures. Jones lives in Calgary with his wife Tarena and their four children, Caleb, Kieran, Logan and Isla. His interests include sports, music and technology.
