Hon. Monte McNaughton, Lambton-Kent-Middlesex

God, we pray today for Minister Monte McNaughton.  We thank you for his faith in you, his energy to work hard for the people of Ontario, and his love for his family.  We pray a blessing on his endeavors to increase the amount of tradespeople in the province.  We need many people to serve in this area and we thank you for Minster McNaughton’s advocacy for the trades.  Bless Kate and Annie also Lord, as they are so precious to him. May the fruits of the spirit, love joy, peace and more be heaped on this family today!  

Monte McNaughton is a life-long community leader. He is the three-term MPP for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex. By the time he was twenty, Monte was elected as Newbury Councillor. He was subsequently re-elected two more times. He graduated from Westervelt Business College and successfully completed executive programs at the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. In 2009-10 he served as President of the Strathroy and District Chamber of Commerce. Monte was sworn in as Ontario’s Minister of Infrastructure in June 2018. He previously served in numerous critic positions, most notably as Official Opposition Critic for Economic Development. Monte and his wife Kate have a daughter, Annie, and live in Mt. Brydges.
