Holy Father, in Jesus name we bring Mr Ross Romano into your presence. We place him with you asking for your touch upon his heart. We are believing that today you will wrap your holy arms around him and draw him to yourself. May be even now be aware of the presence of Jesus capturing his heart. As the Minister of Colleges and Universities for the Progressive Conservative party of Ontario, he has a huge responsibility on his plate. With the shifting of the school year, the planning around the Coronavirus, all these things will lay heavy in his mind and heart. Jesus you are his answer. We are releasing into him right now holy knowledge and wisdom. Give Mr Romano insight that only you can give to him. Give Mr Romano an understanding and wisdom that are not simply ‘good ideas’ but rather holy ideas—ideas birthed by the power of the Spirit overshadowing him. Ross Romano was elected to the Ontario Legislature on June 1, 2017, during the most recent provincial by-election. He previously served as a City Councillor for Ward 6. As MPP, Ross also serves as the Minister of Colleges and Universities. Born and raised on his family’s farm, Ross attended Algoma University before graduating from Windsor Law School. Prior to his political career, Ross was a lawyer specializing in civil and criminal litigation. He is a former Chair of the Sault Ste. Marie Downtown Association, Rotary Club, and coached in the Sault Youth Soccer Association.
