Lord, surround and bless the Honourable MLA Audrey Gordon with wisdom as she fulfills the duties in her position. Give her clarity, insight and a blueprint of how to meet the vast needs of seniors and health related issues in this province. You have gifted her with compassion, help her to use that to boldly meet the needs of her constituency and all of this province. Audrey Gordon was elected in 2019, prior to serving she was the Director of Strategic Initiatives with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority’s Home Care Program. Prior to joining the WRHA, Audrey worked for the Manitoba Government for 25 years, and held positions in several government departments including Special Assistant to the Minister of Health, Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Labour and Immigration and Director of the Multiculturalism Secretariat. She holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree (Dean’s List), a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Certificate in Change Management and Certificate in Applied Counselling. Audrey also has extensive public service experience from coaching mini soccer to serving on several health and long-term care organization boards to volunteering with Siloam Mission and the Arthur Mauro Centre for Peace and Justice. Audrey is the mother of two sons and, together with her husband Winston of 33 years, co-owns a transportation company.
