Dear Lord, we thank You for Bob and his dedication to serving the people of Dawson Trail, as well as Manitobans. May You continue to guide him and direct him as he sits as an Independent in the Legislature. Thank You for his heart of understanding, compassion, and desire to help those in need and to bring healing and new beginnings. Bob comes from a wealth of understanding and sensitivity; may he continue to use this experience to guide him in how to advocate for others. Lord, bless his family, his children, and his grandchildren. Thank You for the example he is to them of what it looks like to care for our fellow man. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Bob Lagassé was elected to his first term as the MLA for Dawson Trail on April 19, 2016 and re-elected in 2019. He is the eldest of four siblings and was raised in a bilingual Metis home in St. Adolphe. Bob met his wife Andrea while working at Winkler Bible Camp as counsellors. They have been together 18 years and are the parents of 5 children, including two foster daughters.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
