MLA Dan Davies, Peace River North

Dear Jesus, we bring Dan Davies, MLA for North Peace River to you. May he be a strong voice for the North and for the rest of the province. We pray he will be heard as solutions are sought to reduce the poverty in the province. Bless Dan as he continues to serve with passion and dedication. May his years of dedication equip him in the tasks he faces. Look after him, keep him safe emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Provide him with time to slip away and enjoy life outside of his work. Thank you Father. Amen.

Dan was elected MLA for Peace River North in 2017 and again in 2020.  He currently serves as the Official Opposition critic for Social Development and Poverty Reduction. Prior to his election to the Legislature, Dan served as a Fort St. John city councillor for 12 years. He was also a full time teacher with School District 60, a reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces Cadet Instructors Cadre, and regularly worked in the construction industry in the summer. Dan earned his Master’s Degree in Leadership and Administration from Gonzaga University and has a Bachelor of Education from Simon Fraser University. Dan is a life-long resident of Fort St. John. He and his wife Erin have two children.
