Father, my heart goes out to David. Each one of us seeks for and looks for meaning in the lives we lead and the things we do along the way. We pursue and do. We look for opportunities to grow and enrich our lives, and we seek opportunities to be of service to others, to do good and find happiness. Father, our seeking is fruitless if we do not consider You, for You are the fulfillment of meaning in life. Father, I would ask of You, that David would find favour in Your eyes and that You would draw him and his family to You. David Buckingham was elected in 2016 and is currently the Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Immigration and Career Training. David has his Fellowship with the Bowhay Institute of Legislative Leadership. Born and raised in a farming community near Shellbrook, Saskatchewan, David moved to Saskatoon in 1979 to work as a commercial driver. In 1988, David and his wife Karen moved to the community of Borden to raise their three children. During David’s career as a driver, he served as the Mayor of Borden for two terms and as a Councillor for one term.
