Doyle Piwniuk – Heavenly Father, we thank You for MLA
Doyle Piwniuk!  We thank You that You have gifted him with a
wonderful head for business and numbers and that he has had opportunity to use
those talents.  We thank You for his heart for his community and the
volunteer positions that he has stepped into to serve his community
better.  We ask that You would bless his wife and children and that You
would keep his family safe from all harm.  Grant him great wisdom as
he fulfills the mandate of his duties as MLA for Virden.
 
 

Doyle Piwniuk was first elected as the MLA for Arthur-Virden in a by-election in 2014 and was re-elected on April 19, 2016. In addition to his duties as MLA, he serves as the Deputy Speaker of the Legislature. Doyle was born in Russell, Manitoba and raised along with his three brothers on the family farm north of Russell. He attended school in Roblin, Manitoba and graduated in 1985. Following high school, he enrolled at Red River College in Winnipeg and received a diploma in business accounting. Doyle and his wife Michelle make their home in Virden with their children Aidan and Jillian.
