MLA Greg Lawrence, Moose Jaw Wakamow

Father God, we commit to you the leadership of MLA Greg Lawrence, Moose Jaw Wakamow. We thank you for the impartation of wisdom you’ve given him for his constituency. May every detail of his life be restored towards harmonious and blissful governance. Bless his family and colleagues too, in Jesus’ name.

 Greg grew up in the Estevan area and spent many years working in the oil industry and with SaskPower. He moved to Moose Jaw in 2003 where he worked with SaskTel as a customer service technician. Greg has also served as president of Southern Plains Métis Local 160. Greg fostered many children while raising his teenage boys. This involvement inspired Greg to make a difference by running in the 2011 provincial election. Greg was first elected as the MLA for Moose Jaw Wakamow in 2011. He was re-elected in 2016 and again in 2020. He is a former Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Air Force Reserves and has three adult sons, one foster son and three grandchildren.
