Mighty God, we thank You for MLA Hilton MacLennan and his service to the residents of Tyne Valley–Sherbrooke. As he goes about exercising his roles and responsibilities, we ask that You surround him with Your wisdom, discernment, and truth. In a world filled with competing voices and pressures, help him to hear Your voice above all others. Guide his steps so that he may act with integrity, justice, and compassion. Let his actions bring peace where there is conflict, hope where there is despair, and unity where there is division. We commit his entire family into Your powerful hands. Guide their ways and show Your awesome power in all aspects of their lives. We declare today that goodness and mercy will follow them all the days of their lives. We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen!
