MLA Irfan Sabir, Calgary-McCall

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for the knowledge and work which MLA Irfan Sabir gives to his political party and extends for the sake of the people of Alberta.  Guide him with your wisdom and discernment so that his skills and abilities will be exponentially multiplied for the benefit of our province.  Bless his loved ones with peace and hope as they fellowship together.  We ask this in the name of Jesus. Irfan Sabir was re-elected for his second term in 2019. Prior to serving, Mr. Sabir practiced in aboriginal law at a national law firm in Calgary beginning in 2012. Previous to this, he worked as a research assistant with the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary (U of C). He also worked with the Salvation Army for five years. Mr. Sabir has volunteered with Calgary Legal Guidance and Canadian Red Cross. He holds a juris doctor degree from the U of C, has a degree in social work from the U of C and a degree in economics from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in Pakistan. Born in Pakistan, he has called Calgary home since 2004.
