Dear Lord, thank You for MLA Jeff Bereza and his love and dedication to Portage la Prairie as well as to the healthcare and safety of Manitobans. Praying for blessings on him as he has been willing to give endlessly of his time and energy to make a difference. We know, Lord, this takes a toll, so we pray for strength, health and a good support system to enable him to continue to give and make suggestions and differences for our communities. We pray for protection over his marriage, children and grandchildren as he serves as a role model to them and the many in his constituency. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Jeff Bereza has been involved in the agriculture industry across Canada since the early 1990s. Shortly after starting his career with a small, start-up organic fertilizer company, he became the western Canadian sales manager for UK-based micronutrient company Phosyn PLC. A lifelong resident of Portage la Prairie, Jeff is a former city councillor and an avid community builder. One of his proudest achievements, during his time as city councillor, was helping to bring Portage la Prairie’s Stride Place recreation facility from conception to reality. Jeff’s “can-do” attitude, positive energy, and leadership abilities are widely sought on various boards, committees, and organizations near and far. He and his wife Lynne have two adult daughters and two grandchildren.
