Lord, be with MLA Jon Reyes and his family at this time. I pray that they would stay safe and healthy. I ask, Lord, for you to cover him, guide and protect him. Jon Reyes was elected to his first term as MLA for St. Norbert on April 19, 2016 and was subsequently appointed as Manitoba’s Special Envoy for Military Affairs. Jon was born and raised in Winnipeg and is happily married to his wife Cynthia. They have two children, Reyna and Miguel. Jon possesses a great combination of education and experience including 10 years of Canadian military service – Special Services Medal (NATO), 15 years running two successful small businesses. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Entrepreneurial Management- Royal Roads University and is the founder and past President of the Manitoba Filipino Business Council – Certificate of Appreciation for the Development of the Manitoba Filipino Business Council from the City of Winnipeg.
