Father in these difficult times so many people are concerned with their economic future and so we are thankful that you have raised up people like Jordan to help serve on the committee of Alberta’s Economic Future. Holy Spirit may your Spirit of wisdom and understanding rest upon Jordan as he wrestles with the challenges of our economic future both for our province as whole and for the people of Sherwood Park whom he has been elected to represent. Jordan Walker was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the constituency of Sherwood Park, on April 16, 2019. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Public Accounts and the Standing Committee on Families and Communities. Prior to his election Mr. Walker served as a foreign qualification recognition and immigration officer for the government of Alberta. He speaks basic Japanese and spent a year teaching English as a second language in Japan. Mr. Walker holds both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree. He and his wife, Shizuko, are residents of Sherwood Park. He enjoys sports, movies, dogs, and reading.
