MLA Joseph Schow, Cardston-Siksika

Dear Father in Heaven, we ask for your blessings upon Mr. Joseph Schow, MLA for Cardston-Siksika. We pray for his work as deputy government house leader. Bless him with wisdom as he works to get bills introduced and guides them through the parliamentary process. We know James 1:5 tells us that if we ask for wisdom, You will “give generously to all without finding fault.” We ask in the name of Jesus, AMEN.

Joseph Schow was elected to represent the constituency of Cardston-Siksika in 2019 and assigned to serve as Deputy Whip. He is currently deputy chair of the Standing Committee on Legislative Offices, Standing Committee on Private Bills and Private Members’ Public Bills and the Standing Committee on Privileges and Elections, Standing Orders and Printing. Prior to serving as a Member with the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Schow worked as a legislative co-ordinator with the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and as a parliamentary assistant with the House of Commons of Canada. He was self-employed for several years prior to this experience. Mr. Schow holds a bachelor of arts degree in Russian from Dalhousie University and a master’s degree from George Washington University. Mr. Schow speaks conversational Russian and he and his wife, Nicole, have two children.
