MLA Joseph Schow, Cardston-Siksika

Father, we bring Joseph Schow before you into your throne room and we ask that you would give him the wisdom and strategies to fulfil his duty as the Deputy Government House Leader. Give him also wisdom on the following Committee as he serves as Deputy Chair; Special Standing Committee on Member’s Services. May he have an encounter with you Lord Jesus in his dreams that turns his heart to you. We ask that you would bless Joseph Schow, his wife Nicole, their two children, all Albertans, and all of the province of Alberta with freedom and prosperity in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Joseph Schow was elected to represent the constituency of Cardston-Siksika in 2019 and assigned to serve as Deputy Whip. He is currently deputy chair of the Standing Committee on Legislative Offices, Standing Committee on Private Bills and Private Members’ Public Bills and the Standing Committee on Privileges and Elections, Standing Orders and Printing. Prior to serving as a Member with the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Schow worked as a legislative co-ordinator with the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and as a parliamentary assistant with the House of Commons of Canada. He was self-employed for several years prior to this experience. Mr. Schow holds a bachelor of arts degree in Russian from Dalhousie University and a master’s degree from George Washington University. Mr. Schow speaks conversational Russian and he and his wife, Nicole, have two children.
