Heavenly Father, we come to you today and ask that you would bless MLA Joseph Schow. Show him the ways he should go that will help all people in Alberta. We thank you for putting him in the position he is in, and we ask that you would fill him with grace in his interactions, guidance in his decisions, and peace in all he does. Joseph Schow was elected to represent the constituency of Cardston-Siksika in 2019 and assigned to serve as Deputy Whip. He is currently deputy chair of the Standing Committee on Legislative Offices, Standing Committee on Private Bills and Private Members’ Public Bills and the Standing Committee on Privileges and Elections, Standing Orders and Printing. Prior to serving as a Member with the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Schow worked as a legislative co-ordinator with the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and as a parliamentary assistant with the House of Commons of Canada. He was self-employed for several years prior to this experience. Mr. Schow holds a bachelor of arts degree in Russian from Dalhousie University and a master’s degree from George Washington University. Mr. Schow speaks conversational Russian and he and his wife, Nicole, have two children.
