Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Kevin Weedmark, MLA for Moosomin-Montmartre. Thank You for choosing Kevin for Your plans and purposes. His wordsmithing talents and natural curiosity bring a fresh perspective to Saskatchewan politics. May You open his eyes to see where new incentives will benefit the province and its people, and give him a voice to speak truth over sensitive issues. Take mediocrity off the table and surprise him with insights that go beyond the everyday—crown him with Your special honour. Bless his work, his comings and goings, and protect him from those who seek to divert him from his true calling. We ask all these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Kevin Weedmark was first elected MLA for Moosomin-Montmartre in 2024. He serves as the deputy government Whip. He built a successful printing and publishing business in rural Saskatchewan, doing everything from printing fundraising community calendars for communities across the region to publishing award-winning newspapers. Over the years he volunteered with his church, his chamber of commerce, and served on his local housing authority board and his local economic development committee. He was a founding member of the Community Builders Alliance, which brings businesses together to help new businesses get established and to help retiring business owners transition their businesses to new local owners. He has done everything he can to help build his community and looks forward to serving the people of Moosomin-Montmartre, where he sees tremendous potential in every community. Kevin lives in Moosomin with his wife Kara. He has two daughters and is immensely proud of their accomplishments.
