Father, we thank You for Laila`s interest in politics when she volunteered on her first political campaign at the age of 15. It is You who put that passion inside her. In her role as Parliamentary Secretary for the Fancophonie may she grow in wisdom, discernment, and revelation from You. May wisdom empower her to see the consequences of her actions before she acts and enable her to make the right decisions about which actions to take. May she have the wisdom to fear God, speak the right words to others, be humble rather than prideful and avoid being drawn into the world`s concept of wisdom. May her past involvement with the oil sands in Ft. McMurray give her a greater understanding of how important oil resources are to Albertans…….
