Lord Jesus, we bring Mr. Mickey Amery before you asking that you would show him your plans for him and the work that he has before him. Lord, stir up within his heart to surrender himself before you as he has a spiritual encounter with you. May he use the abilities and skills you have given him as a lawyer and a business owner in making the proper decisions for Alberta. Mickey is a lifelong Calgarian and he and his wife are currently raising their three children there. He is the son of longtime politician Moe Amery, who served as a Progressive Conservative MLA for 22 years in Calgary-East. Operating a small law office in East Calgary, Mickey practices in the areas of family and real estate law. This is his first time being elected into the legislature, there were 23 winning UCP candidates in Calgary and Mickey is one of 17 rookie MLAs.
