MLA Nadine Wilson, Saskatchewan Rivers

Lord, we praise you for Ms.Wilson. Thank you for her passion as she serves. Thank you for your faithfulness to her in all seasons. Lord, surround her and provide to her your supernatural wisdom to both her constituency and her family. Bless Ms.Wilson and her family in their coming and going in every season. First elected MLA for Saskatchewan Rivers in the 2007 provincial election, Nadine was re-elected in 2011, 2016 and 2020. Nadine is currently Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly as well as Legislative Secretary to the Ministers of Trade and Export Development and Energy and Resources for Forestry. She also serves as Saskatchewan-Ukraine Relations Liaison, Deputy Chair of Committees, and Chair of the Legislature’s Standing Committee on Private Bills. Nadine studied social service work and later became one of the first women to work as a corrections worker in the Men’s Provincial Correctional Centre in Prince Albert. Nadine was named a BILLD Fellow in 2009 after completing the Bowhay Institute for Legislative Leadership Development program and has served as a mentor for the Saskatchewan Legislative Internship Program four times. Fourth generation cattle ranchers, Nadine and her husband Doug reside north of Prince Albert. They raised four children who all live and work in Saskatchewan, and are now the proud grandparents of nine lively grandchildren.
