MLA Nicole Goehring, Edmonton-Castle Downs

Dear Heavenly Father, we bring Nicole before Your throne of grace today and thank You for her heart for the community and its social needs.  Bless her with great wisdom as she serves the people of Edmonton-Castle Downs and may she represent them well in the legislature.  Watch over her and her three children and grant them good health and Your protection.  In Jesus’ name.  Amen.

Nicole Goehring was elected in 2015 and again in 2019; during her first term she served in the role of Government of Alberta’s Liaison to the Canadian Armed Forces and joined the Edmonton Salutes Committee. Ms. Goehring currently serves as a member of the Special Standing Committee on Members’ Services and the Standing Committee on Alberta’s Economic Future. Prior to her election to the Legislative Assembly, Ms. Goehring worked for close to a decade with Child and Family Services in various capacities, including as a caseworker, assessor and, most recently, as a court co-ordinator. She holds a diploma in social work from Grant MacEwan Community College (now known as MacEwan University). Ms. Goehring lives in Edmonton with her three children.
