MLA Nicole Goehring, Edmonton-Castle Downs

We are grateful, Lord Jesus, for your hand of protection on the family of MLA Nicole Goehring.  Thank you for your grace which hems them in and provides for their felt needs.  Lord, may they see you in action as they fellowship one with another.  We ask for your wisdom to guide Nicole as she tends to her responsibilities in both her personal and professional lives.  In your name we pray. Nicole Goehring was elected in 2015 and again in 2019; during her first term she served in the role of Government of Alberta’s Liaison to the Canadian Armed Forces and joined the Edmonton Salutes Committee. Ms. Goehring currently serves as a member of the Special Standing Committee on Members’ Services and the Standing Committee on Alberta’s Economic Future. Prior to her election to the Legislative Assembly, Ms. Goehring worked for close to a decade with Child and Family Services in various capacities, including as a caseworker, assessor and, most recently, as a court co-ordinator. She holds a diploma in social work from Grant MacEwan Community College (now known as MacEwan University). Ms. Goehring lives in Edmonton with her three children.
