MLA Norm Letnick, Kelowna-Lake Country (Demo)

Norm Letnick was re-elected to a third term as MLA for Kelowna-Lake Country on May 9, 2017. He is the Official Opposition Health Critic and served four years as BC’s Minister of Agriculture. Representing the Kelowna-Lake Country riding since 2009, Norm has been involved in several committees. He chaired the Select Standing Committee on Health, and was a member of the Select Standing Committee on Finance, and Select Standing Committee on Public Accounts. He was also a member of the Treasury Board and Legislative Review Committee, as well as vice-chair of the Cabinet Committee on Strong Economy. Norm holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Rhodes Scholarship nomination from the University of Calgary, a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh’s Heriot-Watt University, and achieved candidacy status for a PhD in Health Economics from the University of British Columbia.
