Lord, we lift Pete Davis, MLA for Kootenay-Rockies, before You with thanksgiving for his service to his community and the province. Strengthen and encourage him in all areas for which he is responsible, and place Your hedge of protection around him and his family in the coming weeks and months. Pete Davis was raised in Cranbrook, British Columbia, and graduated from Mount Baker Secondary School in 2000. He has been married to his wife, Heather, for 22 years, and together they have four children. He is an avid outdoorsman with strong ties to the motorcycle, boating and camping communities. Pete has extensive experience as a business professional which has allowed him to cultivate strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors critical to the economy of the Elk Valley and East Kootenays. These sectors include logging, forestry, automotive, heavy equipment, and mining, each playing a vital role in the region’s economic vitality and the livelihoods of countless working families.
