Lord, we thank you for MLA Scott Johnston of the Assiniboia District. We pray that you would give him
the strength of character, ability and integrity to lead the people forward. Let him clearly see the issues that are before him. Keep his family united and protected in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Scott Johnston was elected to the Manitoba Legislature as the MLA for St. James on April 19, 2016 and re-elected in 2019 to represent the riding of Assiniboia. He also serves as the Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Immigration. Scott and his wife Karen are life-long residents of St. James. They have three children all of whom are graduates of the St. James- Assiniboia School Division.
