Steve Kooner is the MLA for Richmond-Queensborough and the Official Opposition Critic for Attorney General. He was first elected in 2024. Steve Kooner is a lawyer who has owned his own law firm, Steve Kooner Law Corporation. In 2023, Steve was awarded the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Award by the Government of Canada for his significant community contribution. Also in 2023, Steve was named an Ambassador to a BCHL Junior Hockey Club. Steve was born in Vancouver and grew up in Metro Vancouver.
