MLA Tracy Allard, Grand Prairie

Tracy Allard was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon in 1971. She attended University at UBC in Vancouver and was married after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1993. That year she and her husband opened their first business in Prince Rupert, BC. In 1997, they move to Grande Prairie and expand their business interests and also welcomed their three children into the world: Nicolas 20, Alexander 17, and Isabelle 14. Corporately, they support the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation, Big Hearts for Big Kids in support of Sunrise House, the Elder Care Shelter, Grande Prairie Minor Soccer, the Grande Prairie Storm, the Grande Prairie Boys’ Choir, South Peace Volleyball Club, the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation, and multiple events and initiatives that enhance life in Grande Prairie . They were recently awarded the Friends of Education award by the Grande Prairie Public School District. Tracy is involved in a number of boards including the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation, Tim Horton Children’s Foundation, the McLaurin Baptist Church Board of Elders and she has been president and secretary of the Grande Prairie Boys’ Choir Board.
