Thank you, Lord, for MLA Wab Kinew. I ask that you would bless him with wisdom, strength, integrity and courage as he performs his many tasks today. I pray, Lord God, that you would give him fresh vision for Manitoba and the strength to carry it forward. I ask that you would give him favour with his colleagues and those in his constituency. Wab Kinew is the Leader of the Manitoba New Democratic Party and was re-elected to represent Fort Rouge in 2019. Before entering politics, he was a musician, broadcaster and university administrator, best known as a host of programming on CBC Radio an CBC Television. He graduated from the University of Winnipeg Collegiate and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Manitoba. Kinew is married to Lisa, a family physician who practices medicine at an inner-city clinic, and has two sons from a previous relationship.
