Lord, we ask you to bless MLA Wab Kinew of the Fort Rouge area. Give him the vision, direction and steps necessary to move this district forward. Give him the strength, support and encouragement he needs at this time. May he see clearly the issues before him along with ways

Wab Kinew is the Leader of the Manitoba New Democratic Party and was re-elected to represent Fort Rouge in 2019. Before entering politics, he was a musician, broadcaster and university administrator, best known as a host of programming on CBC Radio an CBC Television. He graduated from the University of Winnipeg Collegiate and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Manitoba. Kinew is married to Lisa, a family physician who practices medicine at an inner-city clinic, and has two sons from a previous relationship.
