Everlasting King of kings, we thank You for MP Robert Morrissey and his many years of devoted service to the people of Prince Edward Island and our nation at large. Lord, give him courage to stand firm in truth, and may Your Spirit guide him in making decisions that reflect Your will. As he travels to and from our nation’s capital, renew his strength according to Your Word in Isaiah 40:31: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.” Protect him from harm, both seen and unseen, and keep him grounded in honesty, integrity, and compassion. Father, we pray for his family. Grant them wisdom and discernment in all decisions, patience in times of stress, and joy in the moments they share. Bless the work of their hands and do something spectacular in their lives today. We pray these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen!
