Heavenly Father we pray for Honourable Bill Walker especially in this newer role of Minister of Government and Consumer Services. Lord give him rapid learning; knowledge, wisdom and understanding in this new role. Sharpen his awareness and discernment of these services. Convict him to deliver these services in the most efficient and cost-effective ways. Give him a heart and compassion for addressing the concerns of the people relevant to the services. Give him the strength to stand up for what is right. Give him strong support from other MPP’s and family.
Bill Walker is a third-term Member at Queen’s Park, first elected to the Ontario Legislature in 2011. He was appointed to Cabinet on November 5, 2018 as the Minister of Government and Consumer Services. Prior to his election to provincial parliament, Bill worked as Operations Manager at Bruce Power, and was Executive Director at the Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation where he led a successful campaign to raise $3 million for the Lion’s Head and Wiarton hospitals.
