Dear God, We thank You for MPP Dave Smith. Thank You for his service to the people of Peterborough–Kawartha. We are also thankful for his role as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Finance. We pray that You would give him a strong voice to speak into the financial matters of the province, and we pray that You would give him insight beyond his abilities. May he demonstrate, as a leader in our province, what it means to be a good steward of everything You have blessed Ontario with. We pray, Jesus, that his family and close friends would be a source of encouragement and rest. Watch over him, we pray. Amen.
