MPP Gurratan Singh, Brampton-East

Lord, thank You for establishing the honorable man MPP Gurratan Singh as the member for Brampton East. You have said, the fear of the LORD is instruction in wisdom, and humility comes before honor. So in Jesus name, I’m asking for Your instruction in wisdom for this community and for Mr. Singh. May Your blessings rain down on Mr. Singh, his parents, his co-workers, his associates and all those in the riding. Protect the riding from the effects of the enemy and may all Your purposes be accomplished through him. Let Your loving kindness and tender mercy shine through the people of Brampton East. Amen…..

Gurratan Singh was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2018 provincial election. He represents the riding of Brampton East as a member of the Ontario New Democratic Party. He is the brother of federal New Democratic Party leader Jagmeet Singh. Gurratan Singh holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Later, Gurratan Singh attended Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto and graduated with the degree of Juris Doctor in 2010. Gurratan lives in Mississauga with his new wife Satvir, but practiced law in Brampton for many years.
