MPP Jane McKenna, Burlington

Lord, today we pray for Jane McKenna as the MPP for Burlington. We thank you for her willingness to serve the people of Ontario and her riding. We ask that you would help her in her role of Minister of Labour, Training and Skills Development. We pray blessings on this ministry and ask that you would give her much wisdom to enact good policies that the people of Ontario will be blessed and enriched. Many people depend on this ministry for help and we pray for her and her staff that they will be effective in their roles. We pray for safety as she travels across the Province. Help her to work well with the premier and cabinet. Bless her family. We ask this all in Jesus name. Amen.

Jane McKenna was elected the new MPP for Burlington on June 7, 2018. A long-time resident of Burlington, Jane previously had the honour of serving her community as MPP from 2011 to 2014. At Queen’s Park, Jane served as the Ontario PC Critic for Economic Development, Trade and Employment, Government Services, and Children and Youth Services. Jane recently joined with other community-minded friends to launch My Community Matters, an initiative aimed at assisting those in need by connecting them with donors looking to provide support.
