Father today we lift up our member of parliament John Fraser in the Ottawa South riding. Father we pray that John would be blessed and would feel Your presence in his life. Lord give him passion, wisdom and discernment as he serves in his position. We pray he would trust in You and ask for wisdom in his new position as Interim Leader of Ontario’s Liberals. Father we pray that You would be near to him , as he works tirelessly for his community and region that he loves and cares for dearly. John Fraser is the Member of Provincial Parliament for Ottawa South, Critic for Health and Long-Term Care, Intergovernmental Affairs, Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and Interim Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party. He was born and raised in Elmvale Acres and Alta Vista, and has been an active volunteer, spearheading the “Our Children, Our Hospital” campaign to save the Cardiac Care Unit at CHEO (the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario) and organized a fundraiser for the Heron Road Emergency Food Bank. John is married to his high school sweetheart, Linda, and they have three grown children and three grandchildren.
