Father, Jesus said that to be the greatest among people, we must become the servants of people. Today We pray that Mrs. Judith Monteith-Farrel, MPP for Thunder Bay Atikokan leads her community out of a heart of service. We pray that she would increase in her committment to put the needs of the community above her own. Father, we pray that this kind of sacrificial service will begin to flood the community and everyone will begin to prefer their neighbour above themselves. May Thunder Bay Atikokan be so transformed by this loving service that the rest of Canada stands up and takes notice. May this kind of attitude towards others become the benchmark of Canadian politics. In Jesus’ name! Amen!…….
Judith Monteith-Farrell became the MPP for Thunder Bay-Atikokan in June of 2018. Judith has worked as a union representative for 25 years for the Public Service Alliance of Canada. She was born and raised in Thunder Bay. This is the first time that Judith has run for public office.
