Lord today we pray for Nathalie Des Rosiers and her role as MPP for Ottawa Vanier, we ask Lord that You would grant her much grace and gentleness as she works to represent the people of her riding. We pray for her and her work on the Standing Committee on Justice Policy. Please give her much wisdom to be able to be a strong asset to the committee that effective legislation would come from the team. Grant her travelling mercies as she travels back and forth from her riding. We ask this all in Jesus name. Amen
MPP Nathalie Des Rosiers is a member of the Standing Committee on Justice Policy since July 11, 2018. She was the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section, at the University of Ottawa. Her areas of expertise are constitutional law and women’s rights. She served as the General Counsel for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association. She has been in private practice in Montreal and London, Ont. and was professor of law at Western Law School for many years. She was a member of the Environmental Appeal Board of Ontario, of the Pay Equity Board of Ontario, a Commissioner of the Ontario Law Reform Commission and a Board member of the Law Commission of Ontario.
