MPP Randy Pettapiece, Perth-Wellington

Lord, we bring before You today Randy Pettapiece, MPP for Perth-Wellington. Thank You for giving him the grace, wisdom, and energy to serve the people in his riding both municipally and provincially.  We thank You for his love for the land, and those who farm and produce our food. Bless him as he advocates for them and give him all that he needs to serve You in this capacity every day. Bless his children and grandchildren; may they continue to be a source of much joy and delight. We ask this in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Randy graduated from Ridgetown College of Agriculture and Technology. He moved to the Perth-Wellington area in 1967, when his parents bought a dairy farm near Monkton. He is an elected councillor in the Municipality of North Perth and a dedicated volunteer and supporter of local community groups. He is a longtime leader in the Monkton Lions Club, working with other clubs throughout Midwestern Ontario. Randy and his wife, Jane, have been married for over 40 years. They raised three boys, who are now married with children of their own.
