MPP Ted Arnott, Wellington – Halton Hills

Father, today we pray and thank You for Ted Arnott, our long standing MPP for Wellington-Halton Hills. Lord, we ask that Your grace and favour be upon him so that he may walk and not grow weary; renew his strength daily so that he can continue to serve others and in doing so serve You. Lord, help him to see Your grace in abundance as he works for the betterment of all people. May the trust granted to him further Your will and desires for Ontario and help him grow in humility and favour in Your eyes. Amen……..

Ted Arnott is the MPP for Wellington-Halton Hills. He has been in politics since 1990, when he was first elected to the Ontario Legislature at age 27. He was re-elected in 1995, 1999, 2003, 2007, 2011 and again in 2014. Once the youngest MPP in the Ontario PC Caucus, he is now one of the longest serving Members in the Ontario Legislature. Today, Ted serves as a Presiding Officer (assistant Speaker) in the Legislative Assembly. He also serves as the PC Critic to the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change. He is well known in the Ontario Legislature for his efforts on behalf of volunteer firefighters. In 2009, the Firefighters’ Association of Ontario made him an honourary member. Ted lives in Fergus with his wife, Lisa,  and they have three sons.
